nice, I use realistic vision for denoising passes as well, but use aZovyaPhotoreal_v2Inpaint for my main, I find it does more realistic bodies, and handles a variety of body types better than URPM. I also just use three different textual inversions and zovya seems to do really well with no other negative prompts, unless you are specifically trying to avoid something.
I actually started turning on the refiner option and having it switch to realisticvision at .95, so that it does good realistic skin and such on the first version. I find that realisticvision does really crank up stuff like shadows, skin folds, visible ribs, etc if you let it do too much, but in small doses it does really great skin tones.
