I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Without peer recognition via awards from his peers his notability is highly questionable.
It looks better, I see that @Ecangola added some more. It is still a little heavy on his articles (at least 18/31). The articles about him are a strong addition. His awards are relevant, but not the UC teaching; we typically look for national ones. I will remove my tags, but it is always possible that others will question his notability.
