You have to go to the changing cabin like if you wanted to put your swimsuit on.
If you have enough courage, you have the option to wear no clothes instead.
I have fulfilled all the conditions, but after the cabin I can only go back and get dressed.
Find a save editor like saveditonline and drag and drop your save (back it up of course) into the site. Then search for "self" and set all values that do not have "_defaults_set" in their name to 0. Leave the _defaults_set as 1 and set all other "self" variables to 0. This relocked all my selfies and let me take them for the task.
So she can keep having sex in the washroom with the student that stole her phone ;D

But story-wise, it's make sense.
Imaging trying to launch your rock-star career while having "a bun in the oven"...
And development-wise, having to manage two sets (pregnant and unpregnant) of Alex pics implies more time.
I totally get what you mean, but then the real question becomes: why implement the early stages of pregnancy in the first place? Isn't that a waste of coding effort (and of player time) if it cannot lead to anything?

Unfortunately there is a lot of waste in the game. Settings only used for one scene or quest, character's and relationships that aren't pursued, items like clothing (the business suit used in the college) that are only used for one quest and etc.
I suspect the reason is the Dev wanted to fulfill patron request, I would imagine that is the answer for the pregnancy as well, as I'm sure he's probably had multiple request for the content.
The bright side to it all is that there are lot's of assets available for fan remakes. Personally I've always felt like Jane was neglected as a character and that a lot more could have been made out of her friendship with Alex. I hope someone takes on the project someday.

I've never encountered anything like this before. I started playing in English, then at times instead of English titles appeared in Russian, but in recent years played in Russian (it in this game is very juicy and great), I think it's some kind of bug, as I have not met mention of this bug before. Maybe the problem is a corrupted archive? Try downloading the game again, it's the only thing I can think of.
