Of course not, because the new version have a new qsp file and so you have to add these cheats to the new qsp file.

how to know if qsp mods/cheats make saves inaplicable when it comes to later games versions. (there is a game extacity where my modded saves were no good for newer version. i could launch a game and keep progress but could not move further: numeration of events stuck. im not sure if you created anything for that game. i dont think i had that issue with any other qsp game though most of such were abandoned so hard to tell )
